Sleep Out 120 wil officially begin at 2pm today and go until 2pm on Saturday!
Here are some of what the participants are saying hours before they go out.
BLAIR:
"The Sleep Out 120 campaign begins 2pm today and ends 2pm Saturday. We are a group of youth committing to live homeless on the streets of DT for 120hrs(5days). We sacrifice our daily comforts for those less fortunate, raising awareness and monetary funds for the need for more affordable and supportive housing for our young people"
LINDA:
"Sleepout 120 is officially started, I am so honoured to be part of such an amazing group of people. I would like to thank everyone that has supported me in this effort, and if you have not please do so, it is such a needy cause. We should all feel blessed when we lay our head on our pillow at night, because we can, not everyone is that fortunate. Thanks again and you all have a great day."
